Overlanding with Africa Travel Co

I seem to remember it got mixed reviews in another travel forum but it’s been awhile since my last research. Their large max group size of 30 is a big turnoff for me but I’m not ruling them out yet until I research and hear about them more……

Hey there,
ATC are one of the biggest Overland tour operators in Africa and run hundreds of departures every year. They have local offices and workshops in Nairobi, Victoria Falls and Cape Town with the main operational depot being in Cape Town. They use a mixture of local African and foreign crew (driver, tour leader and cook) and overall I get very good feedback from my clients about them. While their max group size can be 30, they have limited trucks that can seat that many and usually run an average of 22 - 25 pax per trip depending on the trip.
