“We are an adventure travel company like no other! We operate a regular overland bus service travelling between destinations such as London and Sydney and London and New York.
These are truly awesome experiences and the ultimate in overland adventures; become one of the few people ever to undertake these epic journeys.
You will need to have a good level of Overland/Tour leading experience and to be generally well travelled, the sort of person who can handle difficult situations, get on with everyone as well as ensuring customers have the best possible time on their epic adventures.
The tour leader is responsible for the smooth running of the tour and for ensuring that travellers have the best possible time on their trip. You will be primarily concerned with our clients’ health and safety and their enjoyment of the trip.”
The skills we look for in our leaders are:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Great organisational skills to ensure the flawless running of our trips
Enthusiasm for the job and the countries we travel through
Ability to handle pressure and turn a negative into a positive
Effective decision making and problem solving skills
To act professionally at all times
To show an understanding and ability to promote Responsible Travel
A desire to provide high levels of customer service
Good negotiation skills.
